Includes Neighbors, Homeowners, Homeowner’s Associations, Builders,Developers and Business Owners who ADVOCATE AGAINST THE PROPOSED PENSKE REZONING. Penske has requested that the restrictions again NOISE,FUMES, SMOKE,& ODORS, be rescinded so that he can build a Test Race Track in the Mooresville Business Park. We strongly affirm that the noise and fumes from the proposed test track will be disruptive to our Local Community, Property Values, Our Quality of Life, and to the Environment.
